Lumity hearing solution for unsupportable hearing loss in one ear
The CROS device must always be combined with a compatible hearing aid to provide a hearing solution. The result is a CROS system consisting of two parts:
- The CROS device, worn in the unsupported ear, receives sounds and human voices and transmits them wirelessly to the hearing aid; and
- The compatible Phonak rechargeable hearing aid receives the signal from the unsupported ear and outputs it to your better-hearing ear.
Unsupportable hearing loss in one ear
CROS L is the solution for you if you have unsupportable hearing in one ear and normal hearing or supportable hearing loss in the better hearing ear. It will transfer sounds and human voices from your non-hearing ear to your hearing ear so that your hearing ear can receive sounds from both sides.
